Overview

Breezy is a relaxation app based on the watchOS system, using real-time monitoring of heart and health data on the Apple Watch. Through sound and visual guidance and real-time feedback on changes in body data, users can achieve more customized relaxation needs and personalized interactive effects.

Problem

In today's fast-paced society, most people are under different levels of mental pressure. The demand for stress relief is increasing day by day, and meditation has become a low-cost, highly effective way to alleviate stress. The user wanted easy and fun software to guide her meditation.

Goals

  • Help users adjust their breathing and relax through visual and auditory guidance.

  • Based on the Apple watch's real-time physiological data monitoring function, the user's physiological changes are fed back to the app to achieve the effect of real-time interaction with the user's body.

  • Through hrv monitoring, users are reminded to relax in time.

04

Interactive Effect

When iwatch monitors a significant drop in heart rate and blood pressure, the visual guidance becomes transparent and the color fades.

Sleep model

The principle of the 4-7-8 breathing method is that when stress and anxiety make the body tense and difficult to fall asleep. We can use soft and long breathing to adjust the rapid or short breathing caused by stress and anxiety so that people can enter a relaxed state and fall asleep easily.

Apple-watch

You can start breathing exercises directly after receiving anxiety alerts on your watch. You will receive an end reminder when your physical indicators return to normal.
