Sleep model
The principle of the 4-7-8 breathing method is that when stress and anxiety make the body tense and difficult to fall asleep. We can use soft and long breathing to adjust the rapid or short breathing caused by stress and anxiety so that people can enter a relaxed state and fall asleep easily.
Apple-watch
You can start breathing exercises directly after receiving anxiety alerts on your watch. You will receive an end reminder when your physical indicators return to normal.
